Attendance planning is key to both executing events and following trends over time, such as in a classroom or team setting. Who shows up to practice? Early? Late?
We developed AttendanceIQ as a tool to keep track of who is expected, who shows up and invite more people. All this is literally at your fingertips with no need to go back to the computer or book, just add them in the simple interface instantly. Over time it’s easy to see trends and set expectations using Attendance IQ.
• Fast and Easy
• Flexible
• No book to keep track of
• Classroom, practice, meetings – everything!
• Track attendance
• Watch trends with easy reports
To get started, just create an event, set a date and add attendees from your Contacts list, or manually enter attendees. You can then add more dates and your list of attendees for the event will be used for the new dates.
When the event is happening, uncheck the box next to their name if they are absent. If you’d like to remember more information, like why they were absent or whether they were late or left early, you can record and track those details using the “statuses” function.
