Now in its 3rd generation, Cougar Card is made up of several cutting edge technologies. At the core is a set of secure C# web services, SQL Server and set of applications written with Node.js.
What is it?
The Cougar Card is a local discount card that raises money for local arts & athletics and stimulates local business. Discounts and special offers from local businesses for local customers.
We’ve partnered with SLV Youth, Inc., on this project.
What the school gets:
ALL profits from this project are distributed directly to youth programs. The bottom line is that your contribution helps keep local kids in arts, athletics and other youth programs. How cool is that?
What does it do?
At the core of the program is a SEO optimized directory of local businesses. Each business has its own landing page optimized for our local area. Each business has a Workplace where they can update their profile and modify their offer.
